A Scalable Error Handling Framework
Identity flows for millions of researchers had no error strategy at all. I audited 16 states and built the framework that replaced dead ends with recovery paths.
Building for Consistency at Scale
Four variants of the same component across 200 screens. This is how I brought structure to a product that outgrew its design practices, with no pause in delivery.

I build the tools my team designs with, including the AI powered ones. The design system is not a document here. It is compiled into software other people run.
TC Prototype Generator
An engine that turns a written brief into a working clinical application screen. The model writes only the page body. Code injects the navigation and the design system CSS, so the output cannot drift off system.
Agile Workbench
AI assisted delivery tooling for a team working under GxP. Generated text lands beside the source as a suggestion and never overwrites it, so nothing reaches the record without a human acceptance. Validated with the delivery team as the UX reference for the production build.

Over the past 14 years I have worked across clinical trials, clinical data systems, hospital information systems, research and publishing, and ecommerce, building platforms used by thousands of professionals globally.
I work at the intersection of product strategy, system thinking, and design execution. I partner closely with product and engineering leaders to turn complex requirements into systems people can actually operate.
I still build. The AI tooling my team prototypes with is software I wrote, which keeps me honest about what I ask engineers to deliver.
